Buy & Return Policy
From the date of delivery, buyers have two calendar days (excluding U.S. federal holidays) to inspect the object and contact Client Service at it@intert.net to request a Return Authorization. When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:
• The reason for the return
• Your phone number
• Your order number
• Your full address
• Your Invoice
• Your E-mail
• If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging. Send a close-up photo of the area(s) of concern, and photos of the item as a whole. Photos are required to file a claim for damaged property.
Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.
Items listed as final sale are ineligible for return. If an item is a final sale, that information will be included in the "Detail" section on the product page. Some items or unique objects are listed as final sale, so please refer to the product detail for information on eligibility for return.
Buyers are responsible for outbound and return shipping charges, including costs of shipping insurance and the cost of any financial transactions that are connected to the item that was purchased and returned.
Your first return is worry-free and will not incur a processing fee; however, each subsequent return is subject to a processing fee equal to 25% of the purchase price of the returned object(s).
Each returned item must be received in the condition it was in when shipped. Note that all returns will be inspected upon receipt for authenticity and condition. We reserve the right to decline any return or deduct from amounts refundable for any damage to property.
A refund of the purchase price paid, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been returned to the seller. Refunded amounts will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the relevant item.
We are unable to honor a request for a return that is received more than two calendar days after delivery.

Inspecting an object
Upon delivery of your order, request the shipping carrier's paperwork, and keep all packaging and shipping documents for your records. Note any condition issues, discrepancies, or damage. Take close-up photos and images of the entire item.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeline
The shipping method is determined by the size of the item being shipped and the materials from which the object is fabricated. There are three shipping methods: White Glove Shipping, Economy Freight Shipping, and Small Parcel Shipping.
White-Glove Shipping - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19
Estimated delivery for orders shipped via White Glove shipping is 3-10 weeks from the date the order is placed.
White Glove shipping is used for furniture, large and/or heavy decorative objects, some rugs, and objects that require custom crating due to the the fragility of the material.
White-Glove shippers organize the pickup up from the seller, pick up the item from the seller, pack the item, transport the item, contact you to schedule delivery, and deliver the item. Delivery includes bringing the item into the main level of your home, unwrapping the item, and light assembly of the item if applicable. Additional charges may apply if more than two flights of steps.
White-Glove shippers cannot make any modifications to your home. Objects requiring installation (e.g. a lighting fixture or hanging decorative object) will require a professional electrician or contractor/handyman at your expense.
Measure doorways, stairways, and elevators prior to purchase to make sure that the item being purchased can be delivered into your home. Upon delivery, White Glove shippers will not dismantle an item for reassembly. Items that are unable to be delivered for any reason will be returned to the seller, and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, including shipping insurance.
Economy Freight Shipping - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19
Estimated delivery for orders shipped via Economy Freight shipping is 2-7 weeks from the date the order is placed.
Economy Freight shipping is used for furniture, large decorative objects and accessories, and large rugs.
Economy Freight shippers schedule the pickup with the seller, collect and package the item, transport the item, contact you to schedule delivery upon arrival to your area, and deliver the item. Delivery includes placement inside the home. Additional charges may apply if more than two flights of steps. Insurance is included.
Economy Freight shippers cannot make any modifications to your home. Objects requiring installation (e.g. a lighting fixture or hanging decorative object) will require a professional electrician or contractor/handyman at your expense.

Carefully packed in a box, bubble wrapped, and shipped.
About Estimated Delivery Time
Since i-Tech is a marketplace, items are being shipped directly from the the seller or a storage facility selected by the seller and transported by a the shipper that you select at checkout.
Our dedicated shipping and logistics team works with sellers, shippers, and buyers to facilitate pickups and deliveries. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping is determined based on factors such as the size of the item being shipped, special shipping requirements (e.g. custom crating), the distance that the item is being shipped, and shipping insurance.
Prior to purchase, i-Tech provides you with a fully-insured shipping quote obtained from high-quality shipping providers. When you purchase shipping, you are purchasing shipping and insurance from the shipper as a passed-through cost. Although i-Tech makes every effort to present buyers with multiple carrier options, there are occasions where only one shipper will bid on a pickup and delivery. Some of the carriers we ship with are AirSea, TeamWorldwide, Plycon, BCubed, DHL, and others. Every effort is made to provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
Complimentary FedEx Standard Shipping on Select Items
Complimentary FedEx Standard shipping is valid for a limited time only on select gift guide items that qualify for small parcel service and are marked with "Ships for Free" on the product page. Complimentary FedEx Standard shipping is not valid for other categories on items not marked. This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be applied toward past purchases. This offer is available on shipments in the The United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
How to Get a Shipping Quote

Verification of purchase
*Due to the anti-fraud politic of the company, any product or service will be sent and delivered only after receiving and clearing the payment to the merchant's bank account but not later than 60 days from the moment of payment.
*After the proceeding of the payment by debit/credit card, e-wallet, or any other payment provider like Pay Pall or others, you have to confirm your purchase by sending confirmation of purchase that you declare & confirm the purchase and your ID and the card picture ore other detail that is relevant & belongs to you and to agree that you are agreed with company rules and Buy & Return Policy. All the verification information have to be sent within 24 hours from the moment of purchase by email to Support@intert.net or it@intert.net
Late payment fee
According to the company terms and conditions we are charging late payment fee of 100$ per day without any additional notice in writing.
