Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Intertech Corporation LLC  (“i-Tech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully.

 Services

    i-Tech provides various digital services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, website development, digital marketing, and content creation. Details of the specific services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.

    Client Responsibilities

    The Client agrees to provide i-Tech with all necessary information, materials, and access required to complete the project. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in project timeline extensions.

    Payment and Fees

    a. The Client agrees to pay i-Tech the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or contract.

    b. Invoices must be settled in accordance with the payment terms. Failure to do so may result in project suspension or termination.

 Intellectual Property

    a. Upon full payment, i-Tech grants the Client exclusive rights to use the final deliverables created for the project.

    b. i-Tech retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.

    Revisions and Edits

    a. The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

    b. Major scope changes or revisions outside the agreed-upon project scope may necessitate a revised project timeline and cost estimate.

 Cancellation and Termination

    a. Either party may terminate the project with written notice, i-Tech reserves the right to bill the Client for work completed up until the termination date.

    b. If the Client chooses to cancel the project after work has commenced, a cancellation fee of 100% may apply, as outlined in the project proposal or contract.

Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information without prior consent.

  Disclaimer of Warranties

    i-Tech provides services “as is” without any warranty, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability

i-Tech shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or related to our services.

    Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold i-Tech harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the Client’s use of our services.

    Force Majeure

i-Tech shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control.

    Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in USA.

    Refund Policy

a. Initial Deposit: The Client may request a refund of their initial deposit before work commences, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of 50% to cover project setup and consultation.

b. Work in Progress: If the Client is unsatisfied with the work in progress, they may request a refund of any unearned fees. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a prorated deduction for work completed with a non-refundable administrative fee of 50% .

c. Final Deliverables: Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, refunds will not be issued.

    Amendments

i-Tech reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

    Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between i-Tech and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

Late payment fee

According  to the company terms and conditions, we are charging late payment fee of  $100 per day without any additional notice in writing.

By engaging i-Tech services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
